Return Policy
Read and follow the instructions below before returning items to us. You can also call our Customer Service for any questions. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
weddingdressca.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
Note: please exact your measurements when you are making an order. All size errors dresses cannot be returned, repaired and replaced. We also cannot change or cancel the order if the goods have already been delivered.
Return and full refund
- Quality problems dresses can be returned and refunded in 7 days (include receiving day). Please fill in the Application for return we provide. We only accept dresses in their original condition.
- Send back the dress(es) to us; we will give you a full refund when we receive them. However, shipping fee, handling cost for non-costume pieces and costume made fee of costume pieces are excluded in full refund. - We will be responsible for a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee for mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered) once confirmed.
- We are eligible for a full refund if the color of the item received is not what was ordered.
Replacement
- Quality problems dresses can be replaced in 7 days (include receiving day).
- send back the dress(es) to us; we will replace it with new ones when we receive them.

Return and partial refund
- weddingdressca.com cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as: "The dress does not look like the ones in your picture." "The dress is not what I'd imagine it to be." "I am not satisfied with this dress."
- We will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
Cancel orders
- Cancel Your Order Before Payment
All dresses ordered can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge. There is no need to contact us to cancel it if you have not paid for your order yet. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received.
- Cancel Your Order After Payment
Please email us to inform us that you cancel your order if it is payoff. All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge before wedding dress tailoring. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as wedding veil, gloves and the petticoat. Item is for one dress only!! Once dress tailored, it will be charged 50% of total clothes fee. If a dress order with emergency fee extra paid, its cancelation will principally be denied; otherwise 50% of the merchandise purchase price will be lost with no emergency fee back.
- Change Your Order After Payment
contacts us and put the order on hold while you decide please. This will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes. To add items to your order without canceling any previous items, contact us. There is no charge for this service.
